It is difficult to find a moist non-dairy coffee cake but we have made it! Its original recipe is from Mike Ran’s mom’s coffee cake recipe which was in Israeli Soul, a cookbook by Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook. But Mary, our Krembo pastry chef, transformed it into a luscious non-dairy coffee cake. We can’t divulge our secrets, unless you ask! The cake has a lush vanilla texture with a cinnamon nut swirl in the middle and a light streusel topping including mini chocolate chips.

Place orders at least 7 days prior to desired in-store pickup date. The bakery is open Monday - Friday. All orders will be ready for pickup from 12:00 - 4:00 pm on your selected date.
