This “cookie” is quintessentially Yiddish - from the old country! It is twice baked and that is why it does cost a bit more than a regular “cookie”. You can say this is a biscotti but it does have the additional benefit of tasting like your grandmother made it in Poland, which makes it a Mandelbrot! We offer all kinds of varieties here, ranging from Cinnamon Almond Chocolate Chip, Almond, or Vanilla/Chocolate Dipped in Chocolate. We even have a honey cake Mandelbrot for Rosh Hashana!

Place orders at least 7 days prior to desired in-store pickup date. The bakery is open Monday - Friday. All orders will be ready for pickup from 12:00 - 4:00 pm on your selected date.

Pistachio: Pistachios, soy milk, coconut vinegar, apple cider vinegar, soy lecithin, xanthan gum, coconut oil, sugar, eggs, anise seeds, vanilla, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, dried cranberries, & white coating chocolate.
