This cookie is VERY popular in Israel and truly has a deep chocolate flavor without being too sweet. You will feel like you are at a bakery in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv when you take a bite!

All our cookies are made with our proprietary “butter.” Our professional pastry chef, Mary, has developed this handmade formula that is unique in the non-dairy kosher world. It actually tastes and looks like butter!

How to get it

Place orders at least 7 days prior to desired in-store pickup date. The bakery is open Monday - Friday. All orders will be ready for pickup from 12:00 - 4:00 pm on your selected date.
